Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon, University President of the Ifugao State University (IFSU), was recognized earlier today as one of the 15 inaugural recipients of the Lamut Achievers Award by the Municipality of Lamut. The award recognizes individuals for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the community.

Dr. Dugyon's recognition stems from her meritorious achievements in the academic field, which have brought great honor to herself, her family, and the Municipality of Lamut.

The Awarding Ceremony took place during the Opening Program of the three-day Rambakan Festival and the 65th Foundation Anniversary of Lamut, Ifugao.

In her Acceptance Speech, Dr. Dugyon expressed her deepest gratitude, along with her family's, to the Lamut community for the recognition.

Dr. Dugyon continued, "I stand before you with a humble heart. I am so honored and privileged to receive this prestigious award. I share this credit to my IFSU family and the constituents of Lamut. Maraming, maraming salamat for this recognition that I will cherish forever in my life. I'm your University President, at your service!"
