IFSU welcomes back returning students, faculty on 1st day of 2nd Term AY '22-'23

Ifugao State University (IFSU) is happier than ever to see returning students, transferees, faculty members, and administrative staff of the University in one place this year 2023.

Starting the year right, University President Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon shared a couple of great goals to accomplish for the benefit of the University and hopes that values of inclusivity, excellence, and global competitiveness guide the University in its journey to reach new heights.

“The University, our University has many possibilities for academic collaborations locally and internationally. This year, we are resolute to expand our impact in the local and global arenas”, shared Dr. Dugyon.

As an academe that homes creativity and diversity, she said, the University will always be open for meaningful talk and collaboration in the University community and other stakeholders.

Dr. Dugyon also reminded students of their role as students.

“To our dear students, our prayer is for you to imbibe the University’s core values of excellence, faith, integrity, service, creativity, and cultural sensitivity as these will be your compass as you continue in your studies and land your careers.”

Dr. Dugyon also urged colleagues, faculty, staff, and students to stay resolute, committed, and dedicated to living a purpose-driven life.

“This 2023, we will work again together to make things possible for our University with the provision and guidance of our Almighty God. I am certain, He will work again in our favor this year. With a strong faith in God, we will overcome the challenges that may come this 2023,” ended Dr. Dugyon.
