IFSU ATBI holds seminar-workshop on Entrepreneurship


The Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator (ATBI) of Ifugao State University (IFSU) capacitated start-up business owners from the different municipalities of Ifugao with entrepreneurial and managerial skills through a seminar-workshop on Entrepreneurship on May 15, 2023, at the Center for Japan and Foreign Studies.

Project Leader, Moses B. Appoy, said that the activity will help business owners who are in the early stages of building their startups to apply the knowledge, skills, and insights to become successful entrepreneurs.

Resource Speaker, Dr. John G. Pagaddut, discussed the entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial management, and concepts; emerging trends and challenges of entrepreneurs; enterprises as a tool for sustainable economic growth, and qualities of entrepreneurs.

The participants were able to craft their own VMGO as part of their business planning and discussed future partnerships with each other. Training and farm visits to pre-incubatees’ business establishment will be soon conducted for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
