In a display of camaraderie and commitment to men's well-being, employees and a student of Ifugao State University (IFSU) joined participants from other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the region for a fun-filled bike ride dubbed "BSU Biking for International Men's Day, Pedal It Out."

The bike enthusiasts set off early in the morning from Benguet State University (BSU) – Buguias Campus, their wheels churning with determination as they embarked on a journey to the new highest point in Tinoc, Ifugao. As of posting, the cyclists are traversing the national roads of Tinoc, going to Kiangan, Ifugao.

Their finish line is at IFSU's Lamut Campus. IFSU's contingent in the bike ride comprises of employees Ariel Bayudoc, Lester Vincent Dimog, Judito Latap Jr., Edward Laron, Stradivary Caro, Ivan Jake Tapo, Christian Henry Mission, Raffy Guinsiman, Jasper Ivan Nazarro, and Alfred Charles Dait. Joining them is Ivan Jericho Matute, a student.

This event aligns with the globally celebrated International Men's Day, which aims to spotlight positive male role models, emphasize the values they bring to their respective institutions, and raise awareness of the importance of men's well-being. This year's global theme, "Zero Male Suicide," underscores the urgent need to address the issue of male suicide and promote strategies for prevention and intervention.
