IFSU Quality Policy

As of June 7, 2019

IFSU shall commit to international quality standards on effective quality management system with continuous improvement in delivering excellent administrative and support services, instruction, research, extension, and resource generation towards client’s satisfaction.

IFSU QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  1. 90% of clients rated the services as good or higher
  2. 100% budget utilization rate for obligation
  3. 100% budget utilization rate for disbursement
  4. 30% implementation of compliance to previous year’s audit findings
  5. 50% of the value of goods and services (based on NEP) was subjected to early procurement
  6. 334-433 hours relevant international trainings and seminars attended by the faculty and staff
  7. 334-443 hours relevant national/regional trainings and seminars attended by the faculty and staff
  8. 65% of existing facilities were refurbished/upgraded
  9. 70% of the Programs, Projects, and Activities are Gender and Development (GAD) attributed
  10. On deadline submission of various documents/reports to various agencies/offices
